Perfect for prepping dinner for a family of 4 or more.  (May i suggest an entire pork leg or clod roast, seasoned with Tio Leo's Seasonings!)  Large cutting boards are usually 12"-15" wide to 14"-20" long, with about a 1" thickness to insure a lifetime of stability.  Large boards have a juice groove on one surface to accommodate juice runoff, just in case.
