Hickory Smoked Salt and Spice Shaker Dispensers

Usually made out of hickory, these beauties are turned to a basic round shape.  The center is drilled out to specifications, wrapped in foil for protection, and spends 6 hours in the smoker.  The wood absorbs and actually retains the smoke flavor.  The outside is then turned, sanded, and finished to completion.  You simply add salt or your favorite spice, patiently wait a few days, and your spice will have absorbed the natural smoke enhancement.  Totally awesome on eggs and veggies, and pan-fried proteins are given a new life. (May I suggest a set of 6, one for each Tio Leo's Seasoning.)
